Frances Has a House for Rent

Myself and my two children and 11 and 15 , live in a our central designed Edwardian redbrick home in Ranelagh , Dublin 6 . Ranelagh is a trendy, vibrant village with lots of restaurants and cafes . Our home is five minutes walk to Beechwood stop , from where a light rail system called the Luas speeds to Stephens Green in about seven minutes . Its a fabulous location within walking distance to the City Centre and the RCSI . We are warm and welcoming and have hosted many students in our home from all nationalities. We usually have one student staying with us during the academic year . We are open to taking students long term. We have a car parking permit if required. Payment Method: Payment : On booking , full payment required in advance of arrival. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation will not be refunded.
