Winnie Has a Townhouse for Rent

Hello. My name is Winnie and my husband's name is Todd. We've been married a little over a year but have known each other for over 40 years. We're on our mid 50's and are both disabled. We're looking for a roommate, preferably male but we will also consider a couple. Maybe a female but not very likely.We would also prefer someone in their mid 40's or older but again will consider any age, the most important factor being compatibility. At my age I'm far more concerned with how we will get along than anything else. The Digs Firstly, you must be an animal lover. We have a dog and cat. You're welcome to have a dog or two too. As for the cat they are far more picky, any felines would need to be altered males as our female is not fixed. You would have access to our kick ass cat condo though lol. The room is a good size room and while it's not ensuite, you would be pretty much the only person using the bathroom as we have our own in our room. We have a washer and dryer in the house to use. We can set up a schedule. If you own a car you can park it in our garage. Neither of us own a vehicle at this time. We're also directly across the parking lot from the pool and you can swim any time you like. We're in the heart of Glendale, just off 51st Ave and Olive Ave yet our townhome community is a quiet, family friendly little bastion of serenity in the middle of all the hub bub. IWe don't have a problem at all with drinking, smoking tobacco or weed, closing the bar down on the weekends, any of that. I just don't want any of the problems that are inherent with alcohol and/or drug addiction. I need you to be, for the most part, well adjusted. You can have friends over we would just need to establish a quiet time and if they sleep over more than twice a week then I will charge them rent too. You're welcome to listen to music, my husband and I primarily listen to hip hop, rap, and dance but you never really know what we'll put on next. We like just about every genre. The dog is an old dude of 12 years but he's still pretty spunky and the cat? Well she's the cat. The money. The cost of the room is $800/month plus an initial deposit of $800 that would be applied to the last months rent when you move out The lease is month to month. The cost includes utilities and Internet. However if you are agreeable to performing some smaller chores on a regular basis then the rent can be reduced to $700/month.
