I have a 3 bedrooms single story home with the Master bedroom approximately 13x16 and bath not measured for rent for $1200. There is full access to the living room, kitchen and laundry room. The garage and back yard will be off limits as I have dogs which will have access to these areas but not the shared areas. I have indoor cats that will have access to the shared areas, so I am looking for a renter who likes animals and who won't forget to close the front door, so they don't get out. I have a pool but because of the dogs you will not have access to it but during the summer and with some advance notice I can arrange to lock up the dogs so you can enjoy the pool. . I am a Single women 45 yrs old working fulltime and constant overtime with a 17 year old daughter working part-time and to start school around the 1st of the year. I’m laid back, easy going and we both usually keep to ourselves. Seeking a clean, quiet , responsible and stable tenant. No 420, No drugs, Ok with responsible drinking habits. Smoking outside only. Street parking for your vehicle Drama free zone is a must. An overnight guest is OK with advance notice not last minute and the guest cannot stay multiple nights in a row.
