Long-term boyfriend is an RN as well and stays most weekends. Private furnished bedroom and private full bathroom. House is fully renovated, updated, and pristine. Shared spaces are quiet and we are rarely home except weekends. Child is respectful, quiet, and independent. A second bedroom is available to be converted into a private living space upon request, however rent would increase to $1500.
