Hey everyone! I’ve got a furnished room for rent in Thornton (near 108th & Colorado). It’s a quiet neighborhood with parks close by. The house is a 3 bed / 2 bath split level with a big fenced yard and yes, there are chickens (fresh eggs included). A bit about the setup: You’d share one bathroom with a female housemate Rent is $950/month with utilities included Month-to-month to start, so low commitment Current roommates: me (early 30s), one other housemate (late 20s), plus a large dog and a medium dog so you’ll need to be pet-friendly We’re hoping to find someone around our age who’s easygoing and responsible.
