International students welcome! Those enrolled in Cypress College, Long Beach City College, CSU Long Beach, CSU Fullerton, or other local colleges. Our home is close to a number of local colleges. **Please read entire listing and house rules to ensure this is the right stay for you! This is a Private Room in a shared City of Cypress home. Professional resident and lovable dog live in the home. *Walking distance to local grocery store with a Starbucks *10-15 minute drive from major highways: 405 FWY and 605 FWY and 91 FWY *10-15 minutes to City of Seal Beach, Long Beach, and Huntington Beach *15 minutes to Disneyland *15 minutes to the beaches *Close to numerous grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and gas stations. This rooms are perfect for responsible, easy-going, students on a budget. Must be considerate of others! Here’s what you will be getting: • Clean bedroom with a nearby shared bathroom (double sink). • Full size bed, nightstand, desk, and private closet. • Linens and towels can be provided. • Use of household flat screen TV with Amazon Prime. Other streaming services are available but would require guest accounts. • The bathroom has all the necessities, shower, double sink, and toilet. • Use of the laundry machines (in house) • There is central air conditioning A/C and heating in the house. Temperature is controlled by your hosts. We typically turn off AC when weather cools off. The bedrooms have fans. • NO additional pets allowed. Yellow Labrador lives on premises. Our rooms are clean, comfortable, and cost effective. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: * This is a single occupancy room, unless host agrees to a second guest before arrival. The maximum guests that would be allowed are 2 people and it must be the ones you've mentioned who will be coming to stay. *NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS without prior permission. Any unregistered guests seen on the property will be charged a minimum fee of $50 per person per night and possibly result in eviction. *No parties, drugs, illegal activity, loud music, events, or outside guests allowed. *For better safety, we have video surveillance outside at the front door, garage, front yard, side yards, and back yard. *Those who do not follow the rules will be reported, charged extra, or evicted without a refund. *Host will meet guest for check in and code will be provided for digital entry. *We require all of our guests to have completed their verifications including uploading their government ID. *ENTIRE PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE CHECK-IN. *We do not hold our calendar for potential guests until payment is completed in full.
