Ankit Has an Apartment for Rent

Unit: Option 1: The unit has 2 bedrooms (130, 150 sq ft), 1 balcony, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, pay per use laundry in building, locked bike storage in a mid-rise apartment building. Total 650 sq ft. West facing unit. Option 2: Either of the two rooms in the 2 room apartment may also be rented. We prefer renting out the entire unit (option 1). Included: utilities and storage. Not included: parking spot 165 $ per month. RENTAL TERMS: There are two options: 1) My preferred option is for you to rent the entire unit (2 beds): For the period Oct 15 to Nov 30. 2) Another option is you rent only 1 bed in this shared unit: You would share the unit with another guest or us (me, my wife and our 10 year old friendly and easy-going labbrador).
