Our home is a spacious four bedroomed, detached house in a quiet estate. The room to rent is bright and airy with a new double bed and a black-out blind. There is a large wardrobe, a chair and a sink with hot & cold water. The modern bathroom is just across the hall. It has a power shower, a WC and sink. Also there is a downstairs bathroom with a WC and sink for guests use. I provide towels, bed linen, shampoo, soap, shower gel and washing detergent. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything you need to cook. You will also have your own shelf in the cupboard and fridge space. The sitting room has comfortable couches and a tv. There are french doors opening into the mature garden. There is fibre WiFi throughout the house. Outside there is on street parking. The house ideally situated close to all amenities. It is a five minute walk from a bus stop for C1 and C2 buses that have a frequent service to Dublin city centre on the fast bus corridor. The L54 stops nearby and connects to the Luas line at the Red Cow. The W4 bus connects us to Tallaght and Blanchardstown.
