Its important to note that encounters with Mother Natures creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, its often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us.PLEASE NOTE:House RulesGuests will be required to read and honor the House Rules and rental agreement.Parties/GatheringsNo gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.Security DepositA $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry.Pet PolicyWe welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, per night, to cover cleaning costs.
