Josephine Has a House for Rent

I am a fiftysomething, occupational therapist, artist and part-time seasonal Park Ranger. I am kind, honest, friendly, and outgoing. I love meeting new people and I also love my home. I have a beautiful clean home with pretty landscaping and a peaceful backyard with a green view of a golf course. I love working on projects at the house as well as going on adventures. I’m often working or gone and I spend my summers up in Maine working as a park Ranger I’ve been an occupational therapy assistant for decades and work in the school system during the school year, although I am working on a second career in environmental protection. I like to cook as well as go out and I love a good movie night. I have a cute little dog who is well behaved and my home is pet friendly as long as the pet is house trained, and reasonably well behaved. I participate in all kinds of arts and crafts. I do not smoke or use drugs and prefer non-smoking roommates. I am also sensitive to strongly scented things such as air fresheners, scented candles, perfumes, or powerfully scented laundry detergent and need to have a home free of these things in order to be healthy. I’m good with people and I would like to provide a safe comfortable room for my roommate, and I am always open to suggestions or ways to improve.
