Move in with just your clothes and you are set. Access to swimming pool. Access to a lounge room with large TV which is a shared space. Own washing machine. 15 minute walk to Garden City Shopping Centre or 10 mins to Mains Road bus stop which gets you to Griffith university in 5 minutes, University of Queensland in 15 minutes and the city in 15 minutes. Will suit those looking for a long stay in Brisbane. Minimum stay is 30 days. Previous guest moving out after 2.5years due to relocating for work.
