Hello! My roommate is moving to Toronto for a job and we are looking for someone to takeover her current lease or sublease her room. The rent is 1200$ but with wifi and insurance it is $1240/monthly in total. It’s all inclusive and comes with an in unit laundry. The room is furnished except the bed, but my roommate is willing to sell her bed. The rest of the apartment is furnished. The room is spacious and has a large window. The unit is on the 10th floor and is located in the heart of downtown Ottawa - near major stores, Uottawa, and Gatineau area. The apartment has a gym and a lounge. I am a 29 year old woman, working professional, and a Christian/Believer. I love a quiet and clean space and would prefer to live with someone with the similar values.
