Dunia Has a House for Rent

The master bedroom will be available beginning September 30th. Household utilities are shared equally among the three occupants and include: Electricity (monthly) Wi-Fi (monthly) Water (quarterly) Trash/Garbage Service (quarterly) Shared living areas include the kitchen, living room, dining room, sunroom, and yard. Additional storage space is available in the garage. A little about the household: I am a full-time county employee and a single mother of an 8-year-old child who attends school full-time and participates in after-school activities. I work a hybrid schedule, spending two days in the office and three days working remotely. We are actively involved in our church community and typically attend church activities two to three evenings per week, as well as every Sunday. We also have a male housemate in his 40s who has lived with us for over four years. He works in Washington, D.C., as an accountant for a think tank. He is quiet, respectful, keeps to himself, and is rarely home. On occasion, he enjoys using his Big Green Egg to smoke poultry. Our current housemate, a nurse, is relocating back to the Philippines. She has been a wonderful tenant, and we are sad to see her go. We are looking for a responsible, respectful, and considerate individual who values a peaceful, friendly, and welcoming home environment.
