25m, work in sales (remote/tech). into gym/fitness, and healthy living. Mix of introvert and extrovert. I drink socially, but don’t host messy parties (prefer going out instead). I've lived with roommates before (both men and women) and it’s always been chill. I'm reliable with rent/bills and keep shared spaces clean. what I'm looking for: clean, respectful, and responsible. prefer bedrooms spaced out for privacy + private bathrooms would be ideal (not req) parking is important (i have a car). budget: $600–800, open to splitting a 2–3 bedroom apartment/house. (me + 2 or 3 other people) available starting September but pretty flexible. happy to facetime first to make sure we’re a good fit.
