Alex is Looking for a House to Rent

My name is Alex, and I'm a 20-year-old full-time university student. I'm writing to express my interest in the room you have available. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Criminology at Deakin University and have a stable income. I'm a respectful, clean, and tidy person who values boundaries and personal space. While I appreciate my alone time, I'm also friendly and enjoy a good chat. I love to cook and often make my own meals at home. As a student, I'll be out at university for most of the week, so you won't see me around much during the day. I'm not a party person and don't smoke. I'm really just looking for a calm place where I can focus on my studies to get my degree and start my career in criminal justice. I'm looking to move in around October 15 2025.
