Mother and daughter and our annoying cat live here. This is a great place to live with easy access to towns & cities, and countryside. Open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge with wood burner. The only TV is downstairs which we don't watch much. Large garden with a pond; this is the garden you want to be sitting out in this summer. Large family bathroom and downstairs toilet/shower. We are a quiet, clean & tidy household. Plenty of parking in front. Easy access to A38 & thus to Derby, M1. Trains from Alfreton to Nottingham & Sheffield. Furnished bedrooms, single bed with new mattress. We both have DRB checks done for jobs.
