Bathroom shared with one other renter. 15’x20’ private, locking door guest parking 50’ from the house surveillance cams private/shared bathroom Use of: washer/dryer kitchen jacuzzi pool gym Rent is $900 per month which includes utilities, Wi-Fi and other amenities listed above. 1st month required prior to move-in. No security deposit required. No pets allowed. Smoker is okay (outside). Male or female, okay. I’m a divorced, quiet, easygoing guy, late 50s, who lives with my very friendly cat. I work from home as a writer under the pseudonym Tyler Thomas in my gated community with a pool, gym, and Jacuzzi. There is one other roommate/renter - Retired, very laid back, easy going man, 68yo. In his own separate, private room, quiet, stays to himself mostly. You must be good with animals, as my cat is like my kid and needs to be treated as such. You will have access to the kitchen, washer & dryer and dishwasher. Provide your own detergent, food and toiletries.
