Victoria Has a House for Rent

We are a friendly international family, who have accommodated many international students. Our house is a townhouse within walking distance of Indooroopilly shopping centre and the train, and with direct bus routes to St Lucia and the city. We even have had guests walk home from the CBD. Mt Cootha Nature Reservoir, a forest with koalas and other wildlife, is within walking distance. In 45 min you can hike to a lookout with wonderful views of the whole of Brisbane. We are sociable and enjoy chatting to our guests and orienting them around beautiful Brisbane. We speak Spanish, English and dabble in a couple of other European languages. Our 6 year old is very friendly, and is also used to giving people their privacy. You will have an airy single room with a ceiling fan. There are two decks and a swimming pool and communal gardens.
