Furnished double attic bedroom in busy but laid back family home in newton st cyres..3 miles from exeter.. beautiful semi rural location. 10 mins walk to bus stop and 30 seconds walk to train station. VERY close to the famous "beer engine" (local pub and brewery) CHECK TRIPADISOR ... parking available and close to transport links. room includes double bed, desk, microwave / kettle / tea coffee. desk for study. plenty of storage / shelving and clothes rail. no tv point but wifi included. shared facilitys include washing machine / family bathroom with shower etc. also downstairs loo. I have a small friendly dog and 2 naughty chickens! We are a freindly and laid back household.
