Catherine Has an Apartment for Rent

Hi! My current roommate and I are looking for another roommate to fill the last room in our apartment. It's a very spacious room. All utilities are included in the rent, except for electricity and wifi, which I am working with my roommate on getting set up. It's located near Hyde Park, so the area is very safe and within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping centers. It's also a short drive to nearby beaches. The apartment is pet friendly, has parking, and on site washer and dryer. My roommate is 29 years old and I am 25. We would love to have another woman around our age to join us, but we are open to all ages. We are looking to fill the room by September 1st.
