Married couple with age gap 32f and 45m. Night schedules due to work. Husband is manager on graveyard and I wife work from home at night to match husband sleep schedule. Which is during the day especially from 3-9pm must not be loud in the kitchen and preferably the living room not be used much unless for workout or anything you need the space for since its easy to hear when in the middle. This is Apartment made for roomate situations. Perfect. We have expectations that we would like respected. 1. Day sleep respected 2. Nights off we are up respectfully as you would be during the day. (Still got to live right) 3. We are introverted as it gets please respect the guest to minimum to prevent tension & awkwardness. 4. If we never speak let it be... do not knock on my door for any reason asking why, when, how... where. Text me. 5. Smoke outside only. 7. No trash can in the kitchen for the "ur turn to take it out" not doing that if you cook clean it up put in ur trash can... 8. Clean ur messes in common area and try to keep it decent in room do not destroy it. 9. Don't be getting cops called here for ANY REASON other than emergency. 10. If you are loud the first week we aren't continuing the lease with you so for both of us a probation era. Hope thats not too much to ask.
