You would have the freshly painted, unfurnished Guest Bedroom with walk-in closet, private bath, and 1 parking space. Laundry in-unit. Shared spaces include balcony, living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry. I own the unit and will occupy the other room and bath. Looking for clean, quiet, responsible drinking, no parties, no drugs/smoking, no pets or couples. Prefer single, professional person. I am allergic to onions and strong odors so further request someone who doesn't cook highly spicy, pungent foods. Serious interest, only.
