Patricia Has a House for Rent

Newly renovated single family house in quiet suburban neighborhood. Guests has access to brand new private kitchen if interested. Guests can have own entrance if interested. We are a family of 4, myself, husband, 18 year old son, 15 year old daughter. We have two ground floor rooms available. Very private. One room is very large and has own sliding door to the outside. Each room has twin size bed, desk, dresser and closet. Shared laundry. We have a shared living spaces upstairs and downstairs. We have 3 wonderful guinea pigs that live upstairs and axolotls (kind of like fish) for pets. We have a big open backyard and patio. There is a trail that everyone can walk in. Close to bus. Our family has quite an array of interests. I love horseback riding, my husband has a boat and we as a family goes fishing, my son loves to ski and daughter is a competitive synchronized swimmer. My husband can speak conversational Cantonese. Upon booking: Up to one month stay: full payment required via e-transfer at least one week before arrival. More than one month stay: First month paymnent required via e-transfer at least one month before arrival and rest of payment month to month. Meals: contact host for more details
