3 bedroom house in the market town of Gainsborough. Walking distance to our local hospital: John Coupland Hospital and Health Centre. Walking distance and on a bus route to access the local train station. Gainsborough is central to Lincoln City, Doncaster, Scunthorpe and Retford. There is a bus service and also Train service. Train lines also go further afield to Sheffield, Nottingham etc. If you drive and own your own car we have on free on street parking. The room has your own private bedroom, furnished and newly decorated. Furnished sitting room for your own chill out time and some peace and quiet. Shared areas with myself the host are the bathroom/shower room, dining room, kitchen and use of the outside garden area. My home is a non smoking, pet Free home. But will come to an agreement of smoking / vaping outside in the garden area. Use of the kitchen and the utensils are included to cook and prep your own meals and use of the washing machine to do your own laundry. There is WiFi, mains operated smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide monitor. I work full time and am a quiet, respectful person. You'll receive a warm and friendly environment whilst staying in my home and feel safe and secure to come 'home' to after a long tiring day at work.
