We liven a nice neighborhood with close freeway access to the 57 and 60. $900 is the rental price that my dad would like.I would like to provide $123 and it will low down to $777. And I think $900 is very expansive these days and I’m trying to make it reasonable price. My only income is on SSI. And I’m trying my best to help my dad out. Visitor is ok during the day time and when my dad is in Taiwan. Daniel and I are friendly, thoughtful and easygoing to be living with. My dad really hopes his room will be able to rent out. We have one tenant Daniel M living in the upstairs room. And my fiance Daniel and me. Room has dresser, desk, lamp, closet and bed. Street parking is available. We are looking for a reliable, honest, nice and peaceful tenant. No alcohol, no illegal drugs, drama free and no smoking. The room is single occupancy only. No over night guest and no pets. My fiance Daniel is a sculptor. He can make anything real or imagined. My boyfriend Daniel and I love to cook. And recently I’m learning mathematic by myself. Lease 2 months, 3 months and 4 month.
