Room for Rent – Spacious Home with Character & Comfort

This is a spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bath home with two rooms available downstairs. There's plenty of parking, a cozy fire pit, and it's cat-friendly—complete with a built-in cat door on the south wall. The house is located just outside of town, but you're never more than 30 minutes from anything essential. For your privacy and peace of mind, I’ll install a pin-pad security lock on the room you choose. Utilities—including power, wireless internet, and well water—are all included. If you’d like to keep your food separate, a mini fridge in your room is recommended, or you can label your items in the shared fridge. Washer and dryer are available, and I’ll set up a weekly laundry schedule to keep things smooth. I’ve got chickens too, so fresh eggs are usually up for grabs (we don’t eat many ourselves unless I sell a batch). Note: The deposit and half of the first month’s rent are flexible—if you’re willing to help prep your room and the house for move-in, I’m happy to work with you. I’ve got a lot going on, so any help is appreciated.
