Katrina is Looking for a Room to Rent

I'm a 43-year-old woman who loves animals, especially dogs. I enjoy art, painting, drawing and listening to music. I do like my privacy but I'm also up for a chat. I'm not a big party person. I'm looking for a private room or studio preferably for myself and my dog Bella. I have a toy poodle, she is fully house trained, friendly and very quiet you'll hardly notice she's there and I keep her very clean no fleas. As an unemployed individual, I spend my time at home with my dog sewing, painting and creating. My ideal place is somewhere long term and cheap for the time being as I am studying cosmetic tattooing and will be opening my own business once I'm fully qualified. I'm a very clean person I like my space to be very clean and organised so it would be nice to live with people who are the same.
