Brandon is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hey, my name is Brandon Collins. I'm moving to Portland/Sherwood Area here in the coming weeks. Not exactly ideal for me personally, but it is what it is. I may have possibly found a studio apartment over on NW 2nd Ave for $650/mo, including utilities. Which works great for me. However, if this doesn't work out, I need a Plan B. I'm currently trying to find a job (might have a couple lined up). Now about me.... I'm 29, single and mostly keep to myself. I'm pretty introverted. I don't drink, smoke or party. I film YouTube Videos though, so I'm occasionally a little on the loud side 😂 But no need to worry though. My price range is between $350–$850/mo, including utilities. However, since I do filming and video editing, I would probably get my own internet due to being anal about internet speeds. P.S. – We may not politically or theologically align with another, but that doesn't mean we can't get along with each other.
