Hi, I’m Sammi 👋 I’m currently living in a sharehouse, so my move-out date is flexible. Ideally, I’d love to find my own place with a flatmate or team up with someone, but for now, I’m looking for a room or granny flat to rent. I’m happy to provide rental references if needed. About my work and lifestyle - I work casually at Liquorland and also run my own growing car detailing business in the Logan/Gold Coast area. - I’m usually out during the day, but I’m home most evenings. - I get paid fortnightly (not weekly), so that’s how I budget rent. Location preferences I’m looking around Bahrs Scrub, Bannockburn, Belivah, Windaroo, Mount Warren Park, Ormeau, Pimpama, Helensvale, Coomera, and nearby areas. A little about me for future housemates: I work casually in Loganholme and also run my own growing car detailing business in the surrounding suburbs, so I’m usually out during the day. I have my P’s and my own car, so I’ll need either a driveway or street parking. I am a night owl, and I do tend to sleep with my television on, but I am considerate about my noise and volume. My friends would describe me as nerdy, goofy, energetic, friendly, responsible, and respectful. In my spare time, I love spending time with friends and family, but I also enjoy a quiet night in. On weekends, I usually catch up on chores unless I already have plans. I’d love to live somewhere friendly and relaxed. I don’t expect to be best friends with housemates, but if it feels right, I’d enjoy the occasional dinner or catch-up if our schedules align. Cleanliness is really important to me in shared spaces—I always wash my dishes and keep my things organised. I’m also open to a cleaning schedule to keep things running smoothly. What I’m looking for in a home - A drama-free environment where I can feel comfortable having my boyfriend stay over occasionally. - Friendly housemates—I don’t expect us to be best friends, but I’d be open to shared dinners or hanging out sometimes. - A clean and tidy home.
