James is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hello all, bit of an urgent hunt here! Without going into too much public detail, I need to escape a dangerous place where a housemate physically attacked me (I'm non-binary and they've had an issue for some time and decided to assault me on Friday). Happy to go into further detail privately as needed, and sorry to be heavy up front but emergency. I'm James, musical science nerd (I'm medicated for ADHD, soooo pretty obsessive about my passions) looking for a lovely new home. Looking for a long term place to settle and build from. I have a band, I love to write (both music and poetry). I come equipped with comics collection, colourful outfits, PS5, KUNG FU GRIP!, and what has been repeatedly described as 'puppy energy', but I can read the room. Very high levels of empathy over here. I get universal credit to help with costs, but work part time and will be going full time in the near future. Need to be moving as soon as possible and have EXCELLENT references. Happy to answer any and all questions as required.
