Shazz is Looking for a Flat to Rent

My name is Shazz Karki and I have been living in Australia for over 10 years. I am employed full time as a chef at Code Black, a well-known café in Brunswick, where I have worked for more than 5 years. My employer is currently sponsoring my permanent residency in recognition of my reliability and strong work performance. Since 2018, I have been renting in Point Cook. As the landlord is now selling the property, I am looking for a new long-term home. I have always cared for my rental property as if it were my own, paid rent on time, and lived respectfully as a tenant. I work long hours, and on my days off I prefer a quiet routine at home, resting and preparing meals for the week. I value a peaceful living environment.
