Martin is Looking for a House to Rent

If you are looking for a roommate that cleans after themselves, organized, pays on time every time, friendly, respectful, sincere, mindful, helpful, and a hardworker, then we just might have somethings in common. I am looking for a roommate or roommates that have a non-furnished or furnished room available in a quiet setting. I do work 8-12 hours a day through the week and sometimes on the weekends, and but will also have some days off throughout the month. My preferred agreement is 1) month to month 2) 6 months 3) would consider 12 months. Did I mention pays on time every time?
