Max is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

I have no problem taking care of cleaning and dishes to keep the space clean, I can help with food shopping and cooking, I'm a very relaxed person and like a lot of time to myself but I'm not against socializing, I'm very very goofy and lighthearted but I know how to handle stressful situations calmly, I have no problem helping with pets even if they aren't my own, and sharing what I have to give, all I ask in return is kindness and communication, I do not have a car however I have no problem getting new jobs within walking distance, I'm 21 years old and have a clean record and simply have been hitting unreliable roommates back to back after leaving my ex of three years and having mostly just a book bag to my name. I have my available rent I can pay at 300 right now however I can pay up to 500 a month once I have jobs set up in the new area.
