Toby is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hi! My name is Toby, I’m 18 years old, nonbinary (he/they), and I’m getting ready to start a Medical Office Administration program. I’m really excited to take this next step, and once I finish school and secure a job, my plan is to move into an apartment and hopefully find a roommate whose vibe aligns with mine. I’d especially feel most comfortable living with someone who’s part of the LGBTQ+ community or is very LGBTQ+-friendly. I’m generally a pretty quiet and low-key person at first. I deal with social anxiety, so it can take me a little while to open up, but once I’m comfortable around someone, I’m relaxed, friendly, and easy to get along with. I really value mutual respect, clear communication, and having a calm, safe space to come home to. In my free time, I’m really into gaming and fashion. Gaming is one of my main ways to unwind, whether that’s playing solo or sharing the space with someone doing their own thing. Fashion is another big interest of mine. I enjoy experimenting with my style and expressing myself through what I wear. Overall, I’m looking for a roommate who’s kind, understanding, and on a similar wavelength. Someone who respects personal space but is also open to coexisting comfortably. If you’re chill, respectful, and looking to create a positive, inclusive living environment, I think we’d get along great.
