David is Looking for a House to Rent

I’m 28 and work full time as a welder. I’m financially reliable, steady with rent and bills, and I value a calm, respectful living environment. I keep my space clean, handle my responsibilities, and believe good communication goes a long way when sharing a home. I’m laid back, easy to get along with, and pretty low drama. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, especially BBQ, staying busy with hands on projects, and keeping things simple. I’m not the party every night type, but I’m social, friendly, and considerate of shared spaces and schedules. I don’t currently have a car, but I’m self sufficient. I Uber, walk, or plan ahead depending on distance. If rides are ever offered I appreciate them, but I never expect it and always respect boundaries.
