Austin is Looking for a Room to Rent

I’m currently looking to move to the Greater Cincinnati area (or clermont county and relative areas). IT Graduate. PC Gamer. I'm on the nerdy side (gaming and movies!) I’d say I’m very easy to get along with and very laid back. I would say I’m more of an “introverted extrovert” that prefers indoors like 90% of the time. I always require a clean environment, and I like to keep things as fair as possible. I prefer not to get in the way and keep to myself, but I don’t mind conversations. I’ll always pitch in and help as long as the same is returned to me and where it is justified. I don’t discuss politics or anything like that and I typically have a carefree attitude towards most things and like to be civil. If we’re similar that’s even better! My budget is $700 tops, but I would highly prefer to find an agreement on splitting rent, which I can accommodate a little more budget for. Apartments and leasing preferred. Also please no smoking/vaping, and no pets (yes, I know, I love them! But my allergies really don’t 😓)
