I’m kind and share well. I do have one large dog, Bubba, he is my constant companion..very well trained . Don’t cook much, use microwave as prefer time out of kitched these days…Im active and enjoy life these days and keeping it simple. I’m tolerant if people are genuine and believe everyone is entitled to their own way of life..I don’t judge and easy to get along with when respect is a two way street. Privacy for everyone in the house is extremely important..I would never violate your safe space by entering when you are unaware and will only come in if invited. People need a home that is safe and comfortable, this home is that way for people who want it. I’ve listed for 1000/month, however, if you would rather pay less rent and help with utilities Thats is an option.
