VERY close to the famous "beer engine" (local pub and brewery) CHECK TRIPADISOR ... parking available and close to transport links. room includes double bed, desk, microwave / kettle / tea coffee. desk for study. plenty of storage / shelving and clothes rail. no tv point but wifi included. shared facilitys include washing machine / family bathroom with shower etc. also downstairs loo. I have a small friendly dog and 2 naughty chickens! We are a freindly and laid back household.
