Hi, I'm 52 going on 40 years old! I'm unemployed/ retired occasionally work part time & my income is the pension. Personally I'm very social & love people, very clean & respectful of other people's beliefs & space. I have recently returned to Victoria from South Australia & am looking for people to share who are of friendly & kind in nature.

Private bedroom and bathroom. 10 minute walk from waurn ponds train station, which can take you to melbourne. About a 5 minute bus ride away from Deakin University Waurn Ponds. About a 25 minute bus ride away to Geelong. You can park your car on the nature strip, if you have one. Clean, simple room with a private bathroom, and kitchen access. Pretty sweet garden, so you can meditate if you're into that. Crappy home gym with a barbell, and an actual gym within walking distance. Please no pets.

A bright & comfortable house on the surf coast in Torquay. I(Martin) live here with my greyhound Brandon & my son stays every 3rd weekend. We have two seperate living areas, both with tvs. There is a queen bed, with a full wardrobe in the room & your own bathroom. I’m a runner, love the outdoors and beach life.

Mount Duneed - Geelong near Surf Coast. Bus stop out the front of the house taking you to the Waurn Ponds Railway Station and a great V Line Train trip to Geelong or Melbourne. Both close to Deakin University Waurn Ponds and Waterfront. There are 4 bedrooms therefore looking at 1, 2 to 3 girls or boys on short term or longer if suits. Mature Age people that need security . The 2nd bathroom would be shared by students, I have my own. Cosy bedrooms fully furnished with desk and lamp. Internet and smart tv, gas ducted heating and air conditioning. I'm busy as a driving instructor/securities. Meals can be sorted on requirements once settled but extra on top of rent as cost of living/food rather expensive in Victoria now. I have been hosting different nationalities Japanese, Chinese, German, French on English study tour to Deakin University Burwood when I was in Melbourne over the past year who have had a great time.
