I am traveling for a year but plan to stay in Miami for 6 months and am looking for someone who is chill and down to earth but also is career focused and enjoy exploring outside activities. I am looking for someone who is clean and not messy and also social.

My rooms are to help people jump start and get a together I have a master bedroom with a bathroom for 850 with a couple it will be $50 more the furnace room in the back is 750 and a smaller room in the bag is $700 it is a mobile home the two bedrooms in the back have a shared bathroom my expectation is to be very clean and respect one another that is my requirement and as you aware the kitchen is shared so just clean up behind yourself

Well, I'd say that I'm a good person with an open mind. I have a great sense of humor, and I'm usually pretty good with people, and when I do click with people, I pretty much grow a fast connection. I'm also an organized person who cleans up well. I respect people's boundaries/privacy, and I often do what I can to make sure that I'm not stepping on any toes. I'm also an associate at Panera Bread, so I'm out most of the time or another. I'm an artist too, extra fact about me; being an artist is a side hustle for me, so I'm always keeping myself busy! While I'm good with people, I will keep myself out of the way if needed or keep to myself at times. I can also be a social butterfly at times as well, so don't be afraid to strike up a chat!
