The bedroom is located upstairs and features a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens and cozy comforters. During your stay, you'll have access to various facilities, including a desk and lamps for your convenience. Additionally, you are welcome to use the kitchen appliances and take advantage of the washer and dryer. We are located off the famous Walk of Fame, at Hollywood Blvd and Vine Street. Within blocks of restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. See the Hollywood Sign from Highland. 3 minutes away from the Red Metro Train line that takes you across the city and the Flyaway Bus from/to LAX. Inside the co-living space are custom-built pods with pipe ladders, co-working tables, MacMini computers and monitors, a sound booth, stocked kitchen and bathroom/shower. Each beds comes with a personal night light, TV with Roku, outlets with USB, storage area, sheets and towel. 1 Parking space for $20/night until 12noon. We uphold strict quiet hours from 10pm to 10am, and do not permit non-registered guests, nor covering the pods for privacy. The entire property is co-ed.

The house is on the closer edge of simivalley, more on the side of thousand oaks and moorpark. 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, you would have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with 2 other girls. We keep to ourselves and make sure to clean after. We have 2 dogs a husky and lab mix, they are both super sweet and enjoy laying around all day. However we are not interested in having any more dogs or cats on the property.
