We are a family of 4 adults (wife, husband, daughter and son) that live in large, corner lot, cozy house.
What we have to offer is a fully furnished street / basement level, 1 bedroom apartment that was renovated last year.
We are looking for a
non-smoker FEMALE (wife and daughter’s request) who attends York university, works in area or a private school close by.

Extra if needed
• We have our house cleaned by a cleaning lady, bi-weekly, she can clean your apartment for an extra $120 a month (2 times a month) – dust, vacuum, wash bathrooms, floors, kitchen and make beds.
