Hello, I am a full-time healthcare professional working at Toronto General Hospital Monday to Fridays. I am a clean, reliable, accountable and quiet person. I do not drink or smoke. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, taking my dog for walks and doing some volunteer positions in the community. I have a large goldendoodle dog that is very well-behaved, very well potty trained, super friendly, quiet and relaxed as well. I am currently living at a studio apartment at the Livmore on Bay and Gerrard with my lease ending June 2026. I would like to continue living here as it is very close to my work and gives me the ability to take my dog out on my breaks. I'm looking for a working professional that is interested in a two bedroom apartment here at the Livmore on Bay and Gerrard for a 12 month lease beginning July 1rst 2026. Rent is about $1700 (half) for a two bedroom apartment here. The building is lovely, the amenities are great including a fully equipped gym and theater. The management has been nice and I have had no problems with them. Maintenance requests are done super fast, same day or day after. The rent increase goes by the standard of 2.5% a year.
