Rent isn't cheap. Lol. Looking to cut costs a bit by finding a roommate. I'd say I'm pretty relaxed, chill guy. If you're chill too maybe we grab a beer or a coffee somewhere to see how we vibe. Obviously, it is a good idea to know if you get along well with the potential new roommate first. Lol. With my budget, I know it'll be a small place. I therefore wouldn't be having much company over. Just here or there, prolly just solo chills and, for the most part, would just be my girlfriend visiting. I have two large collections of things. My Vinyl Record Collection and my Rock (Mineral/Fossil) collection. So hopefully you wouldn't mind rocks displayed all over the place. LOL. Very quiet and laid back. Have some hearing loss so tv might be loud sometimes. Flipside u can get away with being a little noisy. Drama free, so I would like the same from a roommate. I do have a kid, but he is usually only here on the weekends. That's the only person the bathroom will be shared with. Other than that, it's yours. And it's his dog that will be here, so only on weekends as well. She's sweet. The room is 2 bedrooms in one. 2 closets. So it's pretty big.
