I’m new to Florida and looking for a private room and bath in the Palmer Ranch area. I’m clean and usually stay to myself. I meal prep maybe twice a week so I’m not constantly in the kitchen. I clean as I go. I’m usually working, or out running, or at the gym lifting. You probably won’t even know I’m there when I’m home.

I am an extremely clean, respectful and considerate person without being overly uptight.
