I'm quiet, clean, and usually keep to myself. I pay rent on time. I can cook really well if that helps a decision. I do have a 1 year old cat named Pumpkin, she is really well mannered and likes to socialize. I am a prop designer/game master at an escape room, so my hours aren't the typical 9-5, it's more like 2-10.

I'm hard working, I like cleanliness, I do not like weed smokers, night owls are not a preference of mine (bed at a decent time) I'm open to cutting the grass and maintaining the lawn as long as you have equipment. I cook and clean and mainly have to clean up after others but I don't mind.
