The other tenant is a Single middle aged female. She is on permanent medical disability. She is very clean, nice and respectful. She also has a small dog that stays inside her room and outside in the backyard.

This stylish place is a perfect place to stay because of its prime location. It's 4 miles from USC and DTLA, 30 mins from LAX airport, 5 miles from Sofi Stadium. Not to mention the house is immaculate! quiet, everything in the home is newly furnished, smells good and is a great price for the stay. :) I'm the only person hosting which I live in.
