I recently moved from Phoenix and I need a place to rent. I am a chef and I'm looking for work. I was born and raised in Fremont and have family here in the area. I have a large savings and have no problem paying on time. I am looking to move in as soon as possible.

I take good care of dog ...I'm not coming with much stuff just a few bags. I don't drink or use drugs. I need to find a dog friendly room immediately as I need to find work fulltime and he needs to be safe. I work as a nurse assisant and massage therapist so shouldn't take long to find work. I do pay my bills on-time and I have enough income saved to pay rent so I'm not coming with an empty bank account. I don't wanna to live in in a rental where there's multiple people everywhere...I'm very quiet but not weird ha My children have all grown up and I don't wanna live alone...its just strange to me and don't enjoy it. I do prefer to live with an older person and not with young adults as I can't relate. Im older now and party days are long gone for me! Please absolutely no smoking indoors i find that really dirty and its not healthy for for my dog either. Im praying I meet the right person....yes I will sign rental agreement and im hoping to stay for 9 months then heading back to b.c
