I'm super easy to get along with, I don't get mad very easy. Im a total night owl but if your not that's totally fine. I know how to not bother you. I'd love to be friends but we don't need to be. I don't have any family in CA so my dogs are my very best friends (shih tzu's) they are a good judge of people and if you pass their test your good people. I need someone who will be kind to them. If your not that into dogs maybe this isn't the place for you, better to get that out of the way right off the bat. I love to go camping, fishing, sports, although its been awhile. Im a real DIY person. I make a lot of different things. Jewelry, soap, candles, tie dye, I'm always busy and really only have down time for about an hour a day and sleep that's it. To clarify the bathroom is the guest bathroom but is rarely used by anyone. The pictures show that you will have a walk in jet bath that has a shower included. Your room has a half size refrigerator/freezer and has a microwave. Pretty much everything is brand new including an extra cushy bed. All new paint, window shades, ceiling fan carpets cleaned basically a completely new room except the 42 inch tv that has so many streaming channels and internet is included as well as all utilities.

I stay to myself. Enjoy cooking here and there. All I want to do is get back on my feet and hopefully save up to get my own home.......................
