Finished basement (NOT FURNISHED) that includes one (1) bedroom, recreation/storage room, private bathroom, spacious living room.
Laundry room (in basement) will be shared, otherwise the space will be yours. (Also where your fridge and/or pantry type cabinet would fit)
Kitchen is upstairs and will be common area to use appliances. However, to keep separation, there is room for a fridge and pantry like cabinet in the basement.
Backyard will be common area, too. Built deck, hot tub and plenty of yard space.
Must be dog friendly. Unfortunately, the landlord only allows two dogs, which we already have ourselves. Cats are also not allowed, as we are both allergic. If you have any other types of pets and are interested in the room, we will discuss that first thing with the landlord. But, as stated, he will not allow anymore dogs.
No families or children, please.
